Lee Albright - Principal

Lee Albright has extensive experience in the reinforcing steel and structural precast markets, with sales/operations management for a post-tensioning company, sales for a structural precast elements company, sales/project management for a reinforcing steel company, and sales/general manager for a reinforcing steel subcontractor, culminating in the position of Vice President managing a $100 million division of one of the largest reinforcing steel companies in the United States.

Rich Rabay - Principal

Richard Rabay has broad experience in the reinforcing steel industry. He has been a field ironworker, a field superintendent, a detailer/estimator, a project manager, and an operations manager. He strongly believes in customer service and, consequently, has positive relationships with many general contractors. His ability to solve problems in the field – “how are we going to build that?” – makes him a valued source of information for many general contractors.
